psychotherapist, family counsellor, & life coach

Significant life-changes may be exciting, daunting, or even terrifying. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, families, and organizations navigate change, develop coping strategies, make informed decisions, and learn stress-management techniques as they traverse the complexities of these transformative moments.

Reflecting on my own journey – which encompasses creating biographical documentary films, conducting graduate research at Columbia University and McGill University, and delivering talks at the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association annual conference – one common tread stands out; my continuous fascination with human development in the striving to overcome adversity and to flourish.
